Please note the following:
1) NO application will be considered until FULL payment (credit card, or cheque/money order) is received.
2) Post Dated Cheques will NOT be accepted.
3) An NSF Cheque immediately cancels your application.
4) You are NOT officially Registered until you receive a Notice of Registration Confirmation, which will be emailed to you after your application has been reviewed for acceptance.
5) If paying by Cheque/International Money Order, make payable to HOCKtoberfest Female Hockey Festival
6) Be sure to put your Team Name, Age Division, and Skill Level on your cheque/money order.
7) If paying by Credit Card (MC/VISA), an additional 4% payment processing fee will be charged. Your Credit Card will show a transaction in the name of Sports Registration By RSM Inc..
ALL TEAMS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THEIR ACCEPTANCE VIA EMAIL
Tournament schedules and information will be posted on this site no later than 2 weeks before the tournament date.
